Anna Malec-Was, Director of the ISOA Poland Chapter, is a seasoned architect and member of architectural associations in Poland, Germany, and England. She boasts two decades of global experience, delivering projects across diverse functions and scales, from residences to city-scale urban planning and a new island design. Over 13 years ago, she founded PDG Company, a Project Development Group spanning architecture, construction, development, consultancy, and real estate brokerage, cultivating a robust network in both Polish and foreign markets, and actively participating in humanitarian initiatives amid the Ukrainian conflict, alongside her involvement in the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA).

Anna Malec-Was believes that the key to success is building strong relationships with her partners and to understand their needs and goals, and work closely with them to achieve them.
