Bill Williams

Bill Williams is a retired Army senior leader with extensive time spent in the US Military in Europe. He was a dependent in an Army Family; he was a Soldier stationed in Germany in the Cold War; and he has over 15 years in various positions in the US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) headquarters, the Army component headquarters of the US combatant command, USEUCOM. In the last five years of service, Bill was the Deputy Chief of Staff – Civilian, a GS15 focused on transforming the USAREUR headquarters.
Bill left the service in 2021 to transition his family Cattle ranch in Texas to the next generation. He founded 4h4 Management GmbH in 2023. A company dedicated to assisting US Companies do business with the US government and NATO in Europe. Now owner of two companies; Bill is taking his military experience in a new direction. A member of the American German Business Club and American Chamber of Commerce- Germany, and a lifetime member of AUSA, Bill is dedicated to strengthen the Transatlantic Relationship.

Bill holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A and M University and a MS in Modeling and Simulation and Training Systems from University of Central Florida.
