Frank Du Beck

Chief, Supplier Operation Division, DLA Troop Support Europe & Africa

Mr. Du Beck is the Chief of the Supplier Operations Division for the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe and Africa (DLA TS E&A) at Kleber Kaserne, Germany. He is responsible for overseeing a portfolio valued at over $1 billion. With more than 10 years of contracting experience within the Department of Defense, Mr. Du Beck has built a reputation for exceptional leadership and contract management.

Before his current role, Mr. Du Beck served as Division Chief at the DLA Contracting Services Office in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, where he managed a portfolio of approximately $400 million. His tenure was marked by improvements in organizational culture, customer relationships, and the overall efficiency of the contracting team.

Mr. Du Beck’s contracting career began with NAVSUP Weapon System Support (WSS) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, where he completed a rigorous intern program and worked with the Military Sealift Command on service acquisitions. Additionally, he served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Cavalry Scout, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and completing two tours in Iraq and a peacekeeping mission in Bosnia.

A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Du Beck holds an MBA from Shippensburg University and a BS in Business Administration from Penn State University. He joined DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa in May 2023.
