Kevin Doxey

Kevin A. Doxey, COL US Army (ret) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Strategies Worldwide LLC. A management consulting firm specializing in the integration of diplomatic, military and economic imperatives for greater performance and affordability.

Previously he served as Executive Director, Defense Science Board, a principal advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, responsible for management controls and coordination and provided direction on critical issues and special programs of interest to the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Under Secretaries of Defense.

Other leadership assignments in the Office of the Secretary of Defense included Director of Strategic Integration, where he developed strategic guidance, governance structure and programs to institutionalize whole of government support to contingency operations and facilitated efforts to obtain a business perspective on national security matters. At the operational level, while deployed in Afghanistan he led the coalition effort to establish a reformed Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Mr. Doxey has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Southampton College, New York.
