Pawel Kulaga

Pawel Kulaga serves as Deputy Director of the ISOA Poland Chapter. He is a lawyer, business manager, and an expert on Ukraine and the Middle East. A graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and Jagiellonian University in Krakow, he holds a scholarship from the University of Cambridge and Tulane Law School. Additionally, he completed executive education at the Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Pawel has worked for prominent law firms in Poland and served as an in-house lawyer for an international insurance corporation. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as the CEO, overseeing a group of companies in the HR sector in Poland and Ukraine while residing in Kyiv.

From 2020 to 2023, he led the Qatar-Poland Business Council while residing in Doha. In 2023, Pawel joined Targi Kielce SA as Director of the Legal and Administrative Department. Pawel has a personal connection to Ukraine, not only through business but also through his Ukrainian wife and her family from Kyiv. Since the Russian aggression, he has visited Ukraine and the frontlines in Donbas multiple times.
