Lieutenant General Scott A. Spellmon (Retired) is a Senior Account Executive at SOSi. He recently retired from the US Army after 38 years of service where in his last assignment he served as the 55th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Scott joined SOSi in 2025. He brings extensive experience from leading the world’s largest public engineering and construction organization specializing in infrastructure development, environmental restoration, water resource management, research and development and disaster recovery. Scott commanded at every level in the US Army with combat service in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Scott is a 1986 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, NY. He holds a MS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a MS degree in National Security Strategy from the US Army War College at Carlisle, PA.
