Deputy Commanding Officer, 21st Theater Sustainment Command

Colonel Todd Allison is currently serving as the Deputy Commander for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command responsible for executing command and control of strategic and operational sustainment across Europe and Africa in support of EUCOM, AFRICOM and NATO Operations through and with US Forces, NATO Allies and Partners. COL Allison recently completed a six-month tour in Kyiv in support of Security Assistance Group – Ukraine. COL Allison is a US Army Logistics Officer with over 25 years of experience from the tactical to strategic level of military operations in Army, Joint and Coalition operating environments. He has commanded formations in peacetime and combat from the Platoon level to the Brigade level in Airborne and Cavalry formations and across the Sustainment Enterprise culminating with Garrison Command at Rock Island Arsenal. His staff experience highlights include logistics planner on Combatant Command Staff in the INDOPACOM J4 and Chief of Plans / G5 at Army Sustainment Command. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, a Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Fellowship at the Center for International Defense and Policy at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario Canada.
